Grasp AI Assist was positioned to handle conversational inquiries related to payments and account onboarding for the company, operating within DusuPay's customer service function.
The Grasp AI Assist configuration emphasized core conversational modules typical of the Chatbots and Conversational AI category, including intent classification, FAQ automation, session management, and escalation routing to human agents.
