Governance changes emphasized centralized verification of invoices and expense reports, daily cost monitoring per construction site against budget, and ongoing operational support for timely resolution of field issues. Project Managers fed vehicle and travel requirements into Zucchetti ZTravel to drive contract management and procurement workflows. The implementation embedded Zucchetti ZTravel into core site operations and procurement processes in a way that connected travel management, safety traceability, and financial controls.
