The application is classified under Learning and Development and is described as the primary tool for learning delivery and talent orchestration across the business. The implementation included core Learning and Development capabilities for diverse delivery methods and anytime anywhere access to training, and an explicit rollout of the Talent and Succession Planning module to capture career pathways and succession data. Configuration aligned with the 70:20:10 learning model and included a selfservice diversity profile to enable safe identification of LGBTIQ ATSI gender and differing ability attributes. Operationally the platform supported HR and People and Culture processes and was applied across office staff depots and treatment facilities to embed inclusion in on site and office based roles. PeopleStreme was integrated into recruitment language controls such as the recruitment decoder for job advertisements and used to document development plans identified through workgroups including transition to retirement and STEM based entry pathways. The rollout was designed to underpin resourcing decisions and to provide a single record for training needs, high potential identification and equitable development planning. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical implementation, including linkage to the Workforce Capability Framework Resourcing Strategy leave standard operating procedures and benchmarking exercises with industry peers. The PeopleStreme implementation was explicitly targeted to enable stated outcomes from the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy such as moving toward zero gender based pay gaps providing equitable career paths irrespective of gender age or ability and reporting capability to gather evidence based progress data. Ongoing use of Ascender PeopleStreme Learning and Development is described as a mechanism to maximise identification of high potential employees and to sustain the organisation wide inclusion and capability objectives.
