Governance and process changes concentrated on centralized master data management, role based access for store and corporate users and standardized promotion and pricing approval workflows. Rollout sequencing followed a staged store and head office approach to minimize operational disruption while embedding Epicor Retail Cloud into core Retail Management processes.
