The InSync Healthcare EHR deployment was scoped to support accounts receivable, medical billing, vendor billing and patient records management for the company, a 35-employee Consumer Packaged Goods organization in the United States. The application is an Electronic Health Record and was used to maintain online and hard copy patient filing using the companys online platforms including Sales Force. Implementation emphasis was placed on operational workflows for medical billing and accounts receivable rather than enterprise-scale infrastructure.
Operationally, InSync Healthcare EHR was used alongside existing billing and commerce tools, including Excel for billing data exports, Digi shop e-commerce software for order and vendor billing flows, Sales Force for CRM and patient contact records, and MDOL Medical Billing software for claims processing.
