| Oracle | Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Ebury implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform, replacing Sage Business Cloud X3 ex Sage ERP X3. The program included product design work on Ebury on NetSuite to enable Oracle NetSuite ERP users to access Ebury's cross border payment solutions directly from the ERP, and the migration was completed on time and on budget.
The deployment configured core financials, automated procurement, and a vendor portal, with an explicit Yooz integration for supplier invoice capture and payables orchestration. Cost allocation workflows were implemented in Oracle NetSuite ERP to produce country and product profit and loss reporting, and finance processes were re engineered to enhance reporting, analysis and reduce spreadsheet dependency. Ebury established a finance hub in Malaga with four full time accountants and offshored accounts payable, bank reconciliation and supplier payrun processes to that team.
Integrations centered on the Yooz vendor portal and the Ebury on NetSuite payment connectivity, embedding payment initiation into transactional ERP flows. Operational coverage focused on corporate finance and procurement functions, consolidating vendor management, invoice processing and payment workflows within the ERP Financial environment. Transaction capture was linked to downstream payrun and bank reconciliation processes inside Oracle NetSuite ERP to streamline end to end financial operations.
Governance changes included redesigned month end workflows, centralized accounts payable controls and formalized cost allocation rules for country and product reporting. Process transformation emphasized automation of procurement approval to payment cycles and the elimination of manual spreadsheet reconciliations. Ongoing ownership was assigned to finance for NetSuite configuration and for maintaining the Ebury on NetSuite integration.

In 2014, Ebury implemented Weekdone. Ebury adopted Weekdone, a Performance and Goal Management application, to address chaotic email-based Plans, Problems, Progress PPP reporting and to automate weekly status updates for product and operations teams across its European offices including London.
The deployment centralized weekly status reporting and consistent formatted reports, using Weekdone’s status update and goal-tracking capabilities to standardize PPP workflows and surface progress to product owners and stakeholders. Configuration emphasized recurring weekly rhythms, templated progress fields, and role-based visibility controls to align product and operations reporting practices.
Rollout scope covered Europe including London, and governance shifted from ad hoc email updates to scheduled automated reports with standardized formats. The implementation reduced email-based reporting, provided consistent formatted reports, and improved visibility for product owners and stakeholder groups.
