Integrations centered on the Yooz vendor portal and the Ebury on NetSuite payment connectivity, embedding payment initiation into transactional ERP flows. Operational coverage focused on corporate finance and procurement functions, consolidating vendor management, invoice processing and payment workflows within the ERP Financial environment. Transaction capture was linked to downstream payrun and bank reconciliation processes inside Oracle NetSuite ERP to streamline end to end financial operations. Governance changes included redesigned month end workflows, centralized accounts payable controls and formalized cost allocation rules for country and product reporting. Process transformation emphasized automation of procurement approval to payment cycles and the elimination of manual spreadsheet reconciliations. Ongoing ownership was assigned to finance for NetSuite configuration and for maintaining the Ebury on NetSuite integration.
