Configuration emphasized recurring pulse surveys, qualitative feedback capture and leader-facing reporting to surface themes and prioritize interventions for clinical and administrative teams. Operationally the Press Ganey HX Platform was positioned as a central digital platform to collect and synthesize employee feedback, feeding structured insight into existing engagement processes and frontline leader routines. Integrations were limited to embedding listening outcomes into operational workflows rather than into specific third party systems, enabling cross functional use by human resources, nursing leadership and operational improvement teams. Governance adjustments included the establishment of listening to action processes and local accountability for follow up, with role based access to analytics for leaders and HR. ECU Health reported that organizational listening through the Press Ganey HX Platform empowered improved connection with employees and led to improved engagement across the board.
