New business process designs, document templates, and workflows were delivered to standardize recruiting operations globally, while the Global Target Operating Model team provided governance recommendations and stakeholder alignment across HR and recruiting functions. Explicit operational outcomes included a reporting solution that avoided additional vendor licensing costs saving $20k annually, and collaboration with Active Directory that identified onboarding and offboarding gaps resulting in over $100k in savings.
