In 2019 Edelman implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as the central ERP Financial platform to standardize finance and HR transaction processing across newly onboarded business units. The deployment emphasized PeopleSoft Financial System capabilities alongside the PeopleSoft FSCM Application, aligning the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP implementation with statutory and local reporting requirements for new markets and entities.
Configuration work focused on delivered and customized functionality within the PeopleSoft Financial System and HR modules, with the IT team performing requirements gathering, detailed functional specifications, and custom interface and code designs. Automation was addressed through RPA and Power Automate to streamline repetitive workflows, and Power BI was used for consolidated reporting and analytics built against PeopleSoft data.
The implementation integrated Oracle PeopleSoft ERP with ServiceNow for ticketing and support workflows, Azure AD synchronization for HR identity provisioning, and multiple vendor systems through bespoke HR integrations, supporting finance, HR, and IT operational domains. Operational scope included onboarding new markets and entities, implementing local statutory controls, and delivering integrations to ancillary systems to maintain transactional integrity across departments.
Governance and rollout were managed by an internal IT senior business analyst function that served as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, led functional testing and fit gap analysis, and guided configuration of new entities within the PeopleSoft FSCM Application. The team maintained responsibility for ongoing enhancement of PeopleSoft HR integrations, specification of custom interfaces, and orchestration of cross-functional processes for finance and human capital management.

| Employ | Legacy | Lever by Employ | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Edelman implemented Lever by Employ as its Applicant Tracking System to support Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes. The initiative engaged stakeholders in HR, Recruiting, Finance, Compliance, Learning and Development, Business Continuity, Payroll and Benefits, and aligned with a Global Target Operating Model review.
The deployment provisioned two separate instances of Lever by Employ with outbound and inbound interfaces to the core HR system. Candidate workflows were configured to pair Lever Hire data with candidate documents captured via Adobe Sign templates. Adobe documents were transformed into readable files for direct import into the core HR system to eliminate duplicate data entry, and electronic signature sequences were standardized across recruiting and HR.
Integrations included Adobe Sign linked with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for file sharing, and collaboration with the Active Directory team to address onboarding and offboarding gaps for employees and contingent workers. These integrations supported synchronized inbound data flows into the two Lever by Employ instances and ensured hiring documents moved downstream to payroll and benefits provisioning.
Training and rollout encompassed continent-level enablement sessions, with more than 500 users onboarded to the Adobe Sign portal and Lever technologies. New business process designs, document templates, and workflows were delivered to standardize recruiting operations globally, while the Global Target Operating Model team provided governance recommendations and stakeholder alignment across HR and recruiting functions.
Explicit operational outcomes included a reporting solution that avoided additional vendor licensing costs saving $20k annually, and collaboration with Active Directory that identified onboarding and offboarding gaps resulting in over $100k in savings. The implementation reduced double data entry between recruiting and the core HR system through automated document transformation and inbound interfaces.

In 2017, Edelman deployed Adobe Connect on their website to deliver client-facing virtual events and web conferencing. This deployment used Adobe Connect as the primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution for hosted webinars and interactive online meetings.
Edelman configured Adobe Connect to leverage persistent virtual rooms, webinar staging, attendee chat, screen sharing, recording and playback, polling, and content layout templates. The implementation emphasized reusable session templates and host controls to standardize event production and reduce setup time for recurring client briefings and external communications.
Adobe Connect was integrated directly into the corporate website to provide embedded session access and public event registration, enabling Edelman to present externally facing briefings and thought leadership sessions from the site. Operational ownership aligned with client services, PR, and marketing teams, with the application supporting external engagement workflows and client communications functions.
Governance focused on centralized host provisioning, role-based access and moderation controls, scheduled event workflows, and documented runbooks for session producers and moderators. Training and standardized operating procedures were established to ensure consistent use of Adobe Connect for audio video and web conferencing across client-facing event teams.
