The EPMO managed a controlled beta program during the rollout that is reported to have produced increased revenue and operational efficiencies, and the program office coordinated training, change management, and phased adoption across finance and related operational functions.

Governance and ownership were centered in EisnerAmper’s HR organization, with the Senior Benefits Manager and HR centers of excellence responsible for policy, compliance with federal, state and local laws, vendor oversight and the annual open enrollment program. Workday Benefits serves as the core Benefits Administration application supporting HR, finance and payroll workflows, and it underpins ongoing efforts to standardize benefits processes and communications across the firm.
