In 2023 Ekomax implemented Asseco Wapro Fixed Assets as part of an Asseco WAPRO ERP deployment to support finance, sales/warehouse and HR business functions in Poland. The implementation was delivered by partner X-COM and leveraged the Środki Trwałe Wapro Best module, positioning Asseco Wapro Fixed Assets inside the company ERP landscape for enterprise asset recordkeeping and reporting.
The Środki Trwałe Wapro Best module was configured to automate fixed asset tracking and statutory reporting, and to centralize asset registers and depreciation handling alongside core finance workflows. Configuration work emphasized document handling automation and inventory to asset linkage, aligning fixed asset transactions with accounts and warehouse ledgers.
Operational coverage included finance, sales, warehouse and HR departments across Ekomax operations in Poland, with the Asseco Wapro Fixed Assets application integrated into transactional ERP flows to ensure consistent posting and reporting across modules. Deployment architecture and technical hosting details were managed by X-COM during rollout, and workflows were adjusted to route asset acquisition, capitalization and disposal through the new Środki Trwałe module.
Governance and post go-live support were administered in coordination with the implementation partner X-COM, and the case study reports faster document handling, improved inventory and asset control, and streamlined financial processes after go-live. The Asseco Wapro Fixed Assets deployment sits squarely within Ekomax ERP operations and directly impacts finance, inventory management and HR asset assignment processes.

In 2021, Ekomax deployed Google Tag Manager on its public website. The Google Tag Manager implementation functions as the firm’s Tag Management layer, centralizing client side tag orchestration for web analytics and marketing measurement for the Polish professional services firm with roughly 90 employees.
The deployment centers on a single web container embedded in site templates to enable event based measurement, dataLayer mapping, trigger logic, and variable configuration consistent with Tag Management best practices. Implementation details focus on container versioning and environment separation to support staged testing and controlled publishing of client side tags.
Operational coverage emphasizes marketing and web operations as primary business functions, with the Tag Management implementation enabling non developer tag lifecycle control while preserving developer oversight for template updates. Google Tag Manager is positioned to consolidate script deployment, reduce direct code edits to pages, and provide a centralized audit trail for tag changes.
Governance is implemented through container access controls and publish workflows, using built in versioning to permit rollbacks and change review before production publish. The configuration supports a predictable workflow for tag authors and web engineers, aligning Tag Management ownership with marketing measurement and site reliability practices.
