VeraCore’s team supported hands-on onboarding and the migration, and Elevate undertook a governance and process rework to align procedures with the software’s configurable controls. Explicit outcomes reported by Elevate include reducing labor requirements by half overall, cutting labor for high-volume clients by up to 75 percent, and shortening customer billing from ten days to one, while enabling faster training and operational resilience during periods of high turnover.
