Typical Financial Consolidation and Close capabilities such as intercompany elimination logic, currency translation and consolidation sequence orchestration were applied to standardize group close and planning cycles. Operational scope encompassed central finance and site level reporting teams across 20 countries, with standardized data collection and validation workflows introduced to enforce governance during close. The Insightsoftware IDL Konsis rollout delivered centralized orchestration of reporting cycles and flexible controls for transparent management reporting.
