Outcomes cited include elimination of two IRS employer-shared responsibility payment penalties totaling $10,000, a significant reduction in manual hours spent on ACA calculations, and improved precision and accuracy in ongoing Benefits Administration and compliance reporting using ADP Benefits and the ADP SmartCompliance Health Compliance module.
