The solution moved processing away from manual Excel based calculations and applied automated decisioning consistently across U.S. policies. Governance established a central rules repository and role based authoring to keep decision logic aligned with underwriting and claims policies, and workflows were adjusted to route exceptions to human review. According to the vendor case study published in 2022, the deployment reduced adjudication time from over five minutes to under one minute and produced an approximate savings of $1.50 per claim, roughly $6,000 per month.
