The InRule Platform was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to embed decision services into CRM-driven sales and claims touchpoints, enabling automated quote generation and inline claims adjudication within agent and customer service workflows. The solution moved processing away from manual Excel based calculations and applied automated decisioning consistently across U.S. policies.
Governance established a central rules repository and role based authoring to keep decision logic aligned with underwriting and claims policies, and workflows were adjusted to route exceptions to human review.
