| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics AX | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 Endeavour Foundation initiated a roadmap project to consolidate disparate information sources and processes and to give every business unit a 360 degree view of their customers, centered on Microsoft Dynamics AX as the ERP Financial platform. The roadmap covered multiple individual projects required to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a prioritized delivery plan and business unit level workshops to capture requirements.
The first Dynamics AX project moved from analysis into implementation with a focus on functional requirements, data migration planning, and test orchestration. The engagement included assisting solution architects with detailed functional requirements specification, creation of data migration plans, development of integration plans, and authoring of test plans and test cases to support system acceptance.
Integration work explicitly targeted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2013 for customer relationship workflows, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 for document and collaboration services, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server together with Microsoft Test Manager for application lifecycle and test management. Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 was the application instance used for ERP Financial functions, and data migration activity consolidated information from multiple internal sources to support the 360 degree customer view.
Governance and rollout relied on structured workshops with each business unit to validate requirements, and on coordinated sign off with endorsers and approvers for deliverables and test outcomes. Process workstreams used BPMN and Microsoft Visio artifacts to document workflows and approvals, and standard Office tools supported deliverable reviews and stakeholder communication.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Endeavour Foundation transitioned Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, a Core HR application, to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for both production and non-production workloads. The cloud move completed on 19 August 2019 after a rapid 16 week program executed with partner Presence of IT and supported by internal resources, with approximately 2 FTEs working one day per week during the initial cutover and 1.5 FTEs per week allocated for SIT, parallel and UAT testing cycles.
Oracle PeopleSoft HCM had previously gone live on HCM Image 27 on 26 November 2018 and the implementation included delivered functionality across Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Fluid Timesheet with Quick-Fill, Employee Snapshot, the team talent profile, Time and Labor auto enrolment, PI search, the updated company directory features, and Fluid Global Payroll banking. As part of the program Endeavour Foundation intentionally removed bespoke customizations and reverted to delivered functionality where new enhancements addressed previous gaps, prioritizing configuration and delivered module capabilities over custom code.
Operational coverage focused on employees, managers and core HR users, with key internal teams driving a deliberate shift from a maintenance mindset to selective adoption of new releases. The organization worked back through previously released features that had not been reviewed or deployed, establishing a cadence for evaluating and adopting delivered functionality as it meets business requirements, which centralized PeopleSoft administration and release decisioning within HR and IT stakeholders.
Governance and process changes reflect an embedded approach to continuous improvement in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, moving beyond applying fixes and legislative patches to actively consuming released enhancements. The hosting transition delivered a stated 20 percent reduction in hosting costs, and the program emphasized improving employee experience and satisfaction by using current PeopleSoft functionality rather than sustaining outdated interfaces.

| Civica | Legacy | Civica CarelinkPlus | Patient Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Endeavour Foundation implemented Civica CarelinkPlus within a Patient Management context and launched a Business Intelligence Data Warehouse to centralize client and billing data. The 2014 implementation paired operational CarelinkPlus data with a dimensional warehouse design, modeling facts and dimensions to support reporting and the NDIS billing reconciliation process.
The implementation architecture used Azure storage for the warehouse persistence layer, SQL Server Management Studio for database administration, and SQL Server Integration Services for ETL orchestration. Reporting and analytics were delivered through Power BI, with explicit data quality and exception handling built into the pipeline to enforce clean master data and reliable reporting outputs.
Operational workstreams included client system implementation activities such as data cleansing, data mining, migration, and integration for both current Civica CarelinkPlus data and historical client databases. The NDIS Billing Reconciliation Process implementation used warehousing patterns with staging areas, scheduled integration jobs, and exception reporting to reconcile transactional billing records against CarelinkPlus operational data.
Governance focused on scheduled ETL choreography, staging validations, and exception management workflows, with technical resources retained to maintain the CarelinkPlus databases and the warehouse environment. The overall scope spanned reporting, billing operations, and client services, with process controls implemented around data quality, scheduling, staging, and reconciliation to support ongoing Patient Management reporting needs.
