Implementation work included a project-level batch data cleansing for over 10,000 SKUs, standardizing product attributes and mappings prior to import. Functional configuration and operational modules implemented covered catalog management, customer accounts, promotions, and extension administration consistent with an eCommerce implementation.
Operationally the team managed one Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) storefront and two WordPress blog sites, coordinating content and business operations across both systems. The initiative maintained a codebase in Git, used version control for extensions and customizations, and supervised outsourced development and maintenance tasks.
Governance changes emphasized centralized content ownership, scheduled catalog refresh workflows, and a code review process to manage extensions and promotional logic. Operational responsibilities included directing data contents, supervising outsourced projects, and coordinating promotion rollout across the storefront and blog sites.
