Interfaces were implemented as a mix of web and Windows applications and ETL utilities using SSIS and SSRS patterns, with PGP encryption for secure transaction exchange between business units and banks. Governance and operations were staffed through an application management and advisory model starting April 2018 and continuing in production support. Day to day responsibilities combined DBA, system analyst, software and BI architecture, QA and support functions, and included face to face assistance to accounting managers, directors and staff to ensure financial data flow during month end and year end closing.
