Pension auto-enrolment was adopted with Nest and Aviva schemes, and the organisation is currently scoping SAP Concur Expense and Invoice solutions for adoption with an expected implementation in July. Governance and process work accompanied the technical rollout, including the authoring of a Finance Handbook covering finance, procurement and payroll policies, the delivery of finance training workshops and induction for new starters, and administration of a tender process for change of banking and external auditor providers. These governance measures were implemented to align operational policy, procurement controls and payroll governance with the ERP Financial platform.
