The deployment included Infor SUN 4.4 and Q&A for core general ledger and reporting, Iris Earnie Payroll for payroll processing, Bottomline PTX for payments, the Seatgeek SRO ticketing system for box office revenue feeds and Eremit for related workflows. Multiple department payroll forms were designed to capture six level transaction project costing, and an accounting plan was designed specifically for the new ENO Shop to map retail transactions into the Infor SunSystems chart of accounts.
Integrations are explicit and operational, with payroll flows into Infor SunSystems via Iris Earnie Payroll, payments routed through Bottomline PTX, and box office tickets and retail sales interfacing from Seatgeek SRO and ENO Shop accounting feeds. Pension auto-enrolment was adopted with Nest and Aviva schemes, and the organisation is currently scoping SAP Concur Expense and Invoice solutions for adoption with an expected implementation in July.
Governance and process work accompanied the technical rollout, including the authoring of a Finance Handbook covering finance, procurement and payroll policies, the delivery of finance training workshops and induction for new starters, and administration of a tender process for change of banking and external auditor providers.
