The deployment established a modern, multi-tenant, multi-currency environment to support the Calgary headquarters, the Houston operation, and offices in Mexico City, Mumbai, and Beijing, positioning the company for planned expansion into additional international sites.
Acumatica Cloud ERP was configured with core financial management, manufacturing management, inventory management, procurement and bill of materials controls, and a modern CRM to capture sales activity. The implementation emphasized production orchestration and workflow automation to replace manual tracking and clipboards, and delivered real-time visibility and operational dashboards that surfaced costing, throughput, and inventory position.
Operationally the system unified transactional data across Envent’s distributed manufacturing footprint and consolidated procurement planning for the complex, 1,800-part BOMs used in analyzers. The ERP Financial deployment supported remote access for globally distributed engineers and sales staff, enabled multi-entity financial visibility for consolidation, and provided the control needed for made-to-order production and ISO 9001:2015 quality processes.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical rollout, standardizing procurement and production workflows, reducing reliance on spreadsheets, and automating previously manual tasks to improve employee productivity and customer responsiveness. Aqurus Solutions led the implementation and configuration, and Envent restructured operational processes to use centralized data for pricing, costing, and sales forecasting rather than anecdotal or post-build calculations.

The implementation standardized made-to-order manufacturing workflows for assemblies that include roughly 1,800 parts, introduced routings and BOM driven planning to replace ad hoc as-built costing, and formalized CRM usage for customer support and service history tracking.
Governance changes included phased, department by department adoption, partner led implementation methodology from Aqurus Solutions, and process restructuring to move cost estimation and pricing upstream into configured manufacturing and order processes. By instrumenting item level costs and tighter inventory control within Acumatica ERP Cloud Manufacturing Edition, Envent established a single source of truth for costing and order management that enabled clearer profitability analysis.
