In 2022 Eobuwie Poland implemented Oracle Retail Fashion Planning as a cloud service to centralize merchandise and inventory planning across channels and markets in Central and Eastern Europe, expanding the companys Retail Management capability. The deployment used Oracle Retail Fashion Planning for merchandise financial planning and was explicitly focused on open to buy controls and in season tracking to improve planning accuracy and expected margins.
The 13 week implementation was delivered with Oracle partner Pronos and configured to consolidate planning data workflows so planners could spend less time collating data and more time on profitability analysis.
