Architecturally the implementation was executed as an on premise SAP ERP ECC 6.0 landscape integrated with EMC 2 Documentum for document management, enabling transaction level document storage and retrieval linked to financial records. The FI-CA Customer Portal was integrated with SAP IS-U / CCS to synchronize contract, billing and customer account data using SAP interface patterns and content services for attached documentation. Itelligence served as the system integrator responsible for configuration, interface development, and deployment orchestration. Operational scope covered finance, controlling, asset management and customer service teams, aligning trade and economic processes to the ERP Financial platform. Governance adjustments included centralized financial master data and standardized billing and document retention workflows implemented alongside phased module activation and training led by itelligence.
