Thedatabank Legacy Databank CRM CRM CRM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, the Episcopal Diocese of Washington implemented Databank CRM in a CRM deployment focused on CRM/communications to centralize diocesan contact records and streamline directory production across the District of Columbia and Maryland region. The implementation targeted diocesan level processes for congregational data collection and contact and donation tracking, aligning a small staff with a single centralized application for stakeholder and parish data management. Databank CRM was configured as a custom CRM to support the annual diocesan directory workflow, congregation data intake and validation, and diocesan level contact and donation tracking. Functional capabilities emphasized in the deployment included centralized contact records, structured congregation profile fields for publication exports, and operational workflows for directory publication and data maintenance consistent with CRM best practices. Operational coverage included diocesan communications and development activities, with the solution used to collect congregation updates, maintain donor contact records, and provide access for staff producing the annual directory. The deployment scope was diocesan rather than parish level only, covering the Washington diocese footprint within District of Columbia and Maryland, and scaled to the organization size and staffing model described by the customer. Governance and rollout were documented as a CRM and communications process area go live in 2013 according to the vendor case study. Post go live outcomes explicitly reported by the vendor included reduced staff time for directory publication and improved data accuracy and access, reflecting consolidated contact management and standardized data collection workflows enabled by Databank CRM.
