Integrations were implemented with the bank s core banking and finance systems and with downstream general ledger feeds to ensure transactional continuity between invoice processing and financial accounting. Operational coverage included finance, accounts payable, and treasury functions in Nairobi with extension across Equity Bank East Africa evident in the project scope.
Governance changes focused on formalizing AP workflow ownership, exception handling procedures, and approval thresholds, with configuration controls embedded in Diksha Smart Invoice PRO.
