In 2021, Eravant implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. Oracle NetSuite ERP serves as Eravant's ERP Financial system and was deployed with Folio3 leading the implementation, providing a cloud native, centralized financial platform for this 100 person manufacturing firm headquartered in the United States. The deployment prioritized browser based access and consolidated core transaction processing for finance and operations teams.
The implementation configured core financial capabilities aligned to the ERP Financial category, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition and fixed asset accounting, while extending into order to cash and procure to pay workflows typical for manufacturing finance. Inventory costing and cost accounting controls were configured to align production and financial ledgers, preserving traceability between production transactions and financial postings.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was instrumented to operate with Eravant's public website to surface catalog information and capture transactional order data for back office processing, creating a direct flow from web orders into the ERP financial ledgers. Operational coverage includes finance, sales order management, procurement and operations, with role based access designed for accounting and operations personnel.
Folio3 led configuration and rollout activities, establishing centralized master data governance for chart of accounts and supplier and customer records, and delivering targeted training to standardize invoicing, receivables and payables workflows. Governance emphasized consistent financial controls and documented process workflows to support ongoing ERP Financial operations.

In 2020, Eravant partnered with Folio3 to deploy Oracle NetSuite SuiteCommerce as its eCommerce storefront integrated with its NetSuite ERP. Folio3 acted as the implementation partner and activated a customized B2B website using NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced to deliver an integrated online catalog and ordering experience.
The implementation installed Oracle NetSuite SuiteCommerce and configured standard SuiteCommerce capabilities, including item search API preferences, custom shopping domains, image mappings, CSS and theme customization, SC Global Navigation, search, login and registration flows, and a CMS based footer and content areas managed by Site Management Tools. The deployment built Home, product listing, detailed product, quick order, store locator, add to cart and checkout pages, and configured NetSuite instance extensions to surface ERP driven product, pricing and inventory information in the storefront.
Folio3 delivered multiple customizations beyond SuiteCommerce Advanced default features, including an AI enabled buildable stock calculator, item Bill of Materials map list, real time web stock status tool, in stock and lead time predictor, multiple custom content types and views, searchable blogs and scientific calculators. Additional custom capabilities included customized matrix items and options, an item attachment uploader utility, call for pricing functionality, a moderated sign up process, and a custom order tracking workflow, plus the ability for international customers to upload attachments on orders and on the Product Details Page.
The storefront was integrated with Eravant's NetSuite back office to synchronize catalog, pricing and order data, and additional integrations included Google Analytics and a Zendesk integration tied to NetSuite. Operational scope targeted B2B customers and impacted business functions such as pricing management, order tracking, customer registration and attachment management. The rollout included end to end testing on sandbox and production environments, URL mapping and rewrites from the old site to the new site, and configuration of site domains and image asset mappings to support the go live.
Governance and handoff leveraged NetSuite Site Management Tools to assign content ownership and control, with standardized theme and header configuration and a moderated registration process to manage B2B access. Folio3 performed configuration, customization and testing as part of the delivery, and the project delivered a fully integrated Oracle NetSuite SuiteCommerce eCommerce storefront that enabled Eravant to achieve their stated goals of improved pricing, order tracking, registration and attachment management.
