Fountain Legacy Fountain Hiring Software Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, eReplacementParts deployed Fountain Hiring Software as its Applicant Tracking System. The organization uses Fountain Hiring Software on its public careers site to capture applications and manage candidate flows directly from the website. The implementation focused on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job posting and distribution through the career page, configurable application forms, candidate pipeline configuration, automated screening rules, interview scheduling and communication templates. Fountain Hiring Software was configured to reflect recruiting stages and role based access for recruiters and hiring managers, supporting structured workflows for requisition to offer. Operational coverage included recruiting and human resources functions and coordination with hiring managers across the company. Integration was explicit with the company website for application capture, and the deployment leveraged standard ATS communication and scheduling capabilities to route candidates and notifications to internal reviewers. Governance emphasized workflow configuration and access controls to enforce consistent hiring processes and approvals. The narrative centers on Fountain Hiring Software as the Applicant Tracking System used by eReplacementParts to centralize candidate intake and standardize recruiting operations.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 eReplacementParts implemented Microsoft 365. The deployment is positioned in the Collaboration category and is used for internal productivity and is surfaced on the company's website, with Microsoft 365 supporting both team collaboration and web content workflows. eReplacementParts Microsoft 365 Collaboration supports document authoring, shared mail and calendar, and real time coordination across cross functional teams. Functional capabilities in use align with standard Microsoft 365 collaboration modules, including cloud email and calendaring, document management and content publishing, file sync and sharing, and real time team communication. The implementation emphasizes document centric authoring and content repositories to support web facing asset management and internal editing workflows, reflecting common Collaboration feature sets such as SharePoint style content stores and collaborative Office authoring. Architecturally the implementation follows a cloud tenant model with centralized account provisioning, role based access controls and policy driven content governance to manage internal and web exposed content. Presence of Microsoft 365 on the company website indicates integration between the tenant and the site for content publishing and file delivery, and governance is oriented toward access controls and content lifecycle management consistent with Collaboration deployments.

Tungsten Automation Legacy Tungsten Transact (formerly Ephesoft Transact) Intelligent Document Processing Content Management Zia Consulting 2016 2016
In 2016, eReplacementParts implemented Tungsten Transact formerly Ephesoft Transact as an Intelligent Document Processing platform to digitize incoming vendor purchase orders, invoices, and order confirmations across hundreds of vendors. The initiative addressed a high volume of paper processing that required printing, filing, and manual data entry into homegrown back-end systems, creating a need for customizable, flexible, and scalable capture technology. Deployment combined Fujitsu scanners with Kofax image preprocessing feeding documents into an Ephesoft server where Tungsten Transact performed OCR, text extraction, classification, and field capture. The implementation leveraged Tungsten Transact database lookup capability and bespoke JavaScript to perform vendor and product validation, read and reconcile invoice line items, and populate electronic forms for downstream processing. Custom forms and connectors were built to push extracted data into the companys ERP and receipts databases, enabling automated validation against purchase orders and directing exceptions to the appropriate processing queues. The project was executed primarily by eReplacementParts IT with implementation and ongoing support from Zia Consulting, covering procurement and accounting workflows. The solution went live in less than three months and was selected in part because its license cost was reported as 80 percent lower than other proprietary capture solutions. Post deployment outcomes reported include hundreds of hours of staff time saved, improved invoicing accuracy by reducing manual entry, reduced paper waste and storage, and a scalable capture platform to accommodate future growth.
