Integrations were aligned with the firm s existing financial tooling, including bi directional posting and GL synchronization with Sage Intacct, the consolidation of travel and expense feeds from Navan for reconciliation, and exportable reporting to Excel and other business intelligence tools referenced by the finance team. The solution was operationalized to allow finance users to query vendor status, resolve invoice discrepancies, and produce regular accounting reports from a single AP AR platform. Governance and operational ownership were structured under the Finance Manager, with day to day transaction processing performed by an Accounts Payable Coordinator role based at headquarters and supporting firmwide vendor relationships. The platform was implemented to support month end close activities, routine vendor correspondence and reporting workflows used by the accounting team, and to formalize approval routing and documentation retention for audit readiness.
