In 2024, Ermco Components implemented GT EasyClock Time & Attendance. Grosvenor Technology upgraded HCM and time and attendance terminals across Ermco Components' Tennessee plants in the United States to improve biometric capture reliability for hourly workforce timekeeping.
The deployment installed rugged GT terminals and Suprema biometric readers integrated with GT EasyClock Time & Attendance, with configuration work that included biometric enrollment, terminal firmware provisioning, and clocking workflow tuning to support shift change throughput. The implementation aligned with standard Time and Attendance functional capabilities such as biometric verification, terminal provisioning, and centralized clock event logging for HR operations.
Operational scope covered HR and operations at multiple Tennessee manufacturing sites, with rollout activities focused on terminal hardware refresh, on floor enrollment processes, and shift schedule touchpoints. According to the vendor case study, the deployment reduced read failure rates and shift change queues by over 50 percent and lowered the incidence of hardware repairs.
