Daily coordination workflows were established in Exact Globe between Customer Service and Purchasing & Planning to monitor stock, delivery times and promotional pricing, and to align customer-specific wishes with warehouse and distribution activities. Governance focused on establishing a customer data system inside Exact Globe where all customer requirements and special instructions are recorded, enabling consistent handling across teams. The stated result of the implementation was the setup of a customer data system capturing all customer requirements and wishes, which informed invoicing and shipment processing in Exact Globe.
