Governance assigned role based responsibilities so Community Managers received distribution reports and assisted employees with time corrections, Regional Managers used payroll labor distribution reports for oversight, and payroll and audit teams consumed scheduled reports for payroll and compliance reviews. Local administrators maintained schedule updates and account access to preserve timekeeping accuracy and auditability.
