Serrala FinanceSuite was configured to establish a central invoice repository and to automate standard invoice to payment processing flows, aligning AP processing with shared service operating procedures.
Integrations were implemented at a business process level to align AP Automation with group accounting and tax reporting workflows used by the IEUK Shared Service Centre, and the solution covered finance, accounts payable, and taxation teams across the UK and Ireland. The deployment emphasized automated approval routing and audit trail capture to support control requirements across multiple legal entities within the Etex group.
Governance was centralized under the IEUK Shared Service Centre with standardized supplier onboarding and role based approval controls to enforce consistent AP policies and processes across covered entities.
