In 2020, Eventbrite implemented Tray Embedded from the Tray.io Platform to deliver customer-facing integrations, using the API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) capability to connect event creators to popular marketing tools in the United States. The deployment targeted product and customer integrations and marketing workflows, positioning the Tray.io Platform as the integration layer for creator-facing synchronization and campaign orchestration.
The implementation configured Tray Embedded to expose self-service integration flows and reusable connectors, and to orchestrate API workflows that automate campaign syncs and cross-organization collaboration. Functional capabilities implemented included connector orchestration, workflow automation, and embedded integration UIs for event creators, enabling product teams to offer integrations without building bespoke point to point connections. The Tray.io Platform was used to centralize integration logic and to support rapid provisioning of new marketing tool linkages.
Operational coverage focused on Eventbrite teams responsible for product and marketing workflows and on thousands of external event creators across the United States. Governance emphasized product-led delivery of integrations and faster integration rollout, with integration delivery processes adjusted to support embedded, customer-managed connections. The deployment increased productivity for Eventbrite teams and enabled thousands of creators to more easily sync campaigns and collaborate across organizations, accelerating integration delivery.
