| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 EverCommerce implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its centralized ERP Financial platform to consolidate accounting and billing for a multi-entity professional services organization. The deployment consolidated 43 subsidiaries onto a single Oracle NetSuite ERP instance in under eight months and concurrently onboarded Zone Advanced Billing, referred to as ZAB, for two subsidiaries within the same accelerated timeframe.
Configuration work emphasized revenue recognition and billing controls, with explicit implementation of revenue recognition policies covering more than 600 revenue streams across 43 subsidiaries and standardization of incentive compensation plan documentation and accounting policies for over 250 compensation plans. The program extended to configuring accounts receivable and revenue governance workflows consistent with ERP Financial practices, and codifying accounting policy to support consistent month-end close and revenue reporting across entities.
A formal integration playbook and multi-year roadmap were developed to migrate the remaining 41 entities to ZAB over a planned three year horizon, with explicit accommodation for an expected 10 to 15 acquisitions per year. Integrations were scoped to coordinate Oracle NetSuite ERP transaction flows with Zone Advanced Billing, and the roadmap structured entity-level cutover sequencing, data mapping standards, and recurring integration validation routines.
Organizationally the program reorganized the global accounting team from a vertical, entity-aligned model to a horizontal, function-aligned model centering on shared accounting functions and centralized control. The rollout included operational process improvements that produced stated outcomes including $300,000 of one-time cash recoveries, $500,000 of annual savings, hundreds of hours of internal resource time saved, and material improvements in reporting completeness, accuracy, availability and timeliness.

In 2018, EverCommerce deployed Microsoft 365 to standardize Collaboration across the organization. The company’s public website references use of Microsoft 365 as part of its application footprint, signaling an enterprise tenant adoption of the platform.
The deployment reflects a tenant-based cloud architecture with centralized administration and tenant-level controls. Core Microsoft 365 capabilities in use align with Collaboration patterns, including Exchange Online for email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document collaboration, Microsoft Teams for real-time meetings and chat, and OneDrive for user file sync and sharing, supporting content co-authoring and calendar coordination.
Operational coverage is company-wide within the United States, serving professional services teams and corporate functions. The implementation includes integration surface points with the corporate website as noted on the public site, and standard identity and access controls to manage user provisioning and role-based access for Collaboration services.
Governance is centered on centralized Microsoft 365 administration, with policy-driven controls for external sharing, data governance, and admin role segregation to align Collaboration workflows with professional services processes.

| DocuSign | Legacy | DocuSign eSignature | Digital Signing | Content Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, EverCommerce embedded DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing capability on its website. The implementation places DocuSign eSignature into the web customer journey to enable in-browser signature capture and a standard signing ceremony for customer-facing documents. This confirms a web-embedded signing layer tied to online forms and document presentation rather than a back-office only workflow.
Configuration-focused elements likely include envelope templates, authentication options, and audit trail capture to support signing governance, with role-based access and template management handled within DocuSign eSignature. Operational scope centers on client-facing functions such as contract execution and onboarding workflows, integrating the Digital Signing capability into EverCommerce web engagement channels. The deployment emphasizes embedded signing, document lifecycle orchestration, and retention of signature metadata for compliance and recordkeeping.
