The implementation included four Xuber components, specifically Xuber Contract, Xuber Claims, Xuber Billing and Xuber Retro Ceding, with Xuber Billing configured to handle reinsurance invoicing, premium accounting and receivables workflows. Xuber Billing was deployed alongside contract and claims modules to enable integrated end to end processing typical of an Insurance Billing Administration platform, with module-level configuration focusing on policy accounting and billing cycles. Operational coverage targeted core reinsurance business functions including underwriting finance, premium billing and retrocession accounting, with the solution scoped at the reinsurer level across Everest Global UK. The deployment unified contract, claims, billing and retro ceding processing on a single platform, enabling consistent transaction flows and shared data models across the four components. Project governance was driven by Everest Global UK in partnership with Deloitte, with DXC Technology as the vendor for the Xuber suite. Governance and delivery emphasized cross functional coordination between finance, claims and reinsurance operations to operationalize Xuber Billing within the broader Insurance Billing Administration footprint.
