The full BI Suite was deployed, including HANA Studio, SAP Business Warehouse, Business Objects BI tools such as Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, SAP Lumira and Crystal Reports, and Fiori applications with SAPUI5 for user-facing reporting and operational dashboards.
Operational ownership is centered in a small but growing SAP BI team responsible for day to day BW administration, building and managing HANA views, report development across the Business Objects toolset, and providing user support and training. The implementation explicitly created a Centre of Excellence for data architecture and reporting from SAP, positioning the CoE to finalize and operationalize an enterprise reporting and analytics strategy.
