In 2013, Fab Canada implemented Momentis Trenza BI as part of a broader Momentis Fashion System deployment to support wholesale and distribution operations for brands including Bench and Scotch & Soda across Canada. The Momentis Trenza BI implementation provided Analytics and BI capabilities to centralize reporting and inventory visibility for sales and distribution teams.
Implementation scope encompassed Momentis integrated ERP, warehouse management and financial modules, with Momentis Trenza BI configured to consume transactional feeds for order processing, inventory movements and financial posting flows. Functional configuration emphasized order to cash workflows, warehouse operations reporting and inventory optimisation dashboards aligned to wholesale distribution needs. Data models and reporting subject areas were structured to consolidate sales, stock and fulfillment status for cross‑functional consumption.
Operational coverage extended to Fab Canada wholesale channels and multiple warehouse sites serving the Canadian market, impacting order processing, warehouse operations, finance and distribution planning. Momentis Trenza BI acted as the central analytics layer within the Momentis suite to deliver consolidated reporting across ERP and WMS transaction sources.
Governance and rollout focused on module level adoption by merchandising, operations and finance stakeholders, with reporting standards and inventory reconciliation processes established to support consolidated analytics. The implementation delivered improvements in order processing, warehouse operations and reporting across Canada, and was positioned to enable inventory optimisation through consolidated reporting.
