In 2025, Fabindia launched the Fabindia Institute of Retail Management on Disprz GenAI to scale frontline retail training across more than 350 stores in India. The deployment used Disprz GenAI within the Learning and Development,Skills Intelligence category to centralize HR/L&D and frontline training focused on sales enablement and retail operations.
The implementation emphasized role based learning pathways and sales enablement content, configured to deliver product knowledge modules, competency assessments, and certification workflows for store staff and managers. Disprz GenAI was provisioned to support structured learning sequences and automated assessment flows, and GenAI capabilities such as AI driven learning recommendations and assessment automation are inferred based on the solution being delivered on Disprz GenAI.
Operational coverage included HR/L&D teams and frontline retail personnel across India, with the Fabindia Institute of Retail Management acting as the central content governance construct. The rollout framed content ownership and manager level progress tracking to operationalize certification and enable store level adoption of new selling and operations practices.
