The Fare Bookings application was configured to deliver core booking engine capabilities, calendar availability and slot management, customer profile capture, and administrative booking dashboards. Configuration emphasized appointment scheduling, time slot allocation, confirmation notification workflows and payment ready booking flows consistent with Reservation and Booking Management systems. Automation included real time availability checks and email confirmations to clients, along with back office booking edit and cancellation controls.
