These integrations emphasized roster and absence data exchange and delivering validated time and attendance feeds into financial reporting and payroll processing. Governance and process changes established role-based access for timekeepers and supervisors at field offices, standardized timecard certification procedures, and audit trail controls to support program compliance and administrative oversight. The implementation operationalized Time and Attendance controls across FSA field operations while preserving system-level reporting and administrative workflows.
