In 2025 Fecceg Guatemala implemented GrainChain SiloSys Transformaciones and related modules to digitize post-harvest inventory, processing and export traceability. The GrainChain SiloSys deployment is classified as Inventory Management and was executed in September 2025 across facilities in Joyabaj, El Vergel, Malacatán and Bocacosta to strengthen traceability for international buyers.
The implementation included the SiloSys Transformaciones module alongside Trumodity and Seed Audit, delivering inventory capture, processing workflow orchestration, and audit trail capabilities typical of Inventory Management platforms. GrainChain SiloSys Transformaciones was configured to record batch-level movements, processing steps and silo-level balances, while Trumodity and Seed Audit provided complementary traceability ledgering and compliance-focused audit records.
Operational coverage targeted post-harvest operations, processing lines and export coordination at each named site, aligning inventory records with export documentation for international buyers. Deployment activities were supported by Heifer Guatemala and Servitein Agro, who assisted in field rollout and local coordination across the Guatemalan sites.
Governance work focused on standardizing process flows for lot tagging, silo reconciliation and processing event capture, with module configuration aligned to existing export traceability requirements. The public announcement listed SiloSys Transformaciones, Trumodity and Seed Audit as implemented modules, indicating a coordinated platform approach to inventory data capture and traceability reporting.
The stated outcome of the GrainChain SiloSys implementation is strengthened traceability for international buyers, achieved through digitization of post-harvest inventory, processing and export traceability workflows across the four facilities.
