Governance and sustainment included creation of functional and technical documentation to standardize SSRS data model projects and Report Builder models, enabling ad hoc reporting by business users. Operational processes incorporated Control-M workload automation for scheduling and Excel for ad hoc analysis, aligning Analytics and BI outputs with business consumers.
