In 2018, Fidelitas implemented Sisthema Panthera ERP - Document Management to centralize document workflows and support critical business functions such as customer service, billing, and production control. The initiative addressed a layered information architecture that constrained development, and the deployment targeted a thorough process redesign to align systems with the company’s multifaceted security and cash handling services.
Panthera was tailored with customized production control modules and specific contracting and invoicing functions to automate tasks previously handled manually. Document Management and workflow management capabilities were configured and are being gradually extended across company processes to dematerialize paper flows and centralize customer documents, while a specially developed software component supports money counting customer service.
Operational coverage focuses on administrative, production control, customer service, and billing functions that support Fidelitas’s service lines, including cash transport, cash counting, alarm center connections, and vault services. The implementation enabled periodic reports to be visible to customers online with filters and password protection, improving access to transactional and contract documentation for external stakeholders.
Governance included a staged rollout of Document Management and workflow orchestration across departments, with process redesign embedded in module configuration to support complaint handling and reporting workflows. Outcomes called out by the project include computerized internal administrative processes, paper flow dematerialization, automated complaint management with status tracking, improved customer service for money counting, and stated gains in efficiency, savings, and service quality.
