The project standardized financial data and centralized transactional processing to enable consistent financial reporting across the business. Interfaces were scoped to bring field operations transactional detail into the accounting layer for invoicing and revenue accounting. Governance workstreams included chart of accounts rationalization, definition of month end close procedures, segregation of duties through role based access and audit trail configuration. Rollout followed a phased onboarding approach across finance and operations with configuration locked for financial period controls before full transactional cutover. Documentation and process mapping were established to sustain operational accounting and control under the Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial deployment.
