In 2016, FIFGROUP upgraded Oracle E-Business Suite from Oracle 11 to Oracle R12, executing an ERP Financial implementation focused on Accounts Payables and the Fixed Asset module. The upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite R12 was scoped to the finance organization across FIFGROUP's Indonesian operations and concentrated on consolidating subledger processes and statutory accounting alignment.
The deployment configured Accounts Payables workflows including supplier invoice processing, payment batch processing, invoice validation rules, and accounts payable posting logic. Fixed Asset module configuration covered asset master data, capitalization controls, depreciation scheduling, and asset disposal processes, with subledger journals mapped to the General Ledger to maintain coherent asset accounting and payable accruals.
Technical work adhered to typical Oracle E-Business Suite R12 patterns, maintaining an on premises R12 application architecture and robust batch processing for transactional and period close activities. Interfaces were limited to internal finance transaction flows within the EBS environment, with integration points designed to ensure reliable ledger posting and reconciliations between AP and Fixed Asset subledgers.
Governance established change control and cutover procedures for the R12 upgrade, and role based access controls were applied for AP and Fixed Asset teams to enforce accounting policy. Training and operational handover were executed within finance and accounting functions to operationalize end to end invoice lifecycle management and asset management workflows.

In 2022, FIFGROUP implemented Indivara HCM as its Core HR solution. The deployment targeted FIFGROUP Human Capital operations spanning more than 150 branch offices, over 300 points of service and over 15,000 employees, with a primary objective to convert operational and administrative HR procedures into electronic workflows and to provide supervisors with a functioning human capital management tool.
The Indivara HCM implementation emphasized configurable core HR administrative modules, recruitment and talent management capabilities, competency mapping and performance measurement functionality. The platform was configured for flexibility to absorb FIFGROUP specific processes and to enable the HR team to automate routine operations while retaining unique business rules and individualized talent treatments.
Indivara Group led the HCM deployment with involvement from its subsidiary Jatis, reflecting an existing vendor relationship used during the rollout. Indivara HCM was implemented with explicit goals of integrating and streamlining existing HR operational workflows across regional branches and other business systems, improving data visibility for supervisors and enabling more creative HR management practices.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, including process reengineering of HR administration to free resources for strategic human capital activities and the introduction of measurement practices to quantify people-related metrics for decision making. FIFGROUP stakeholders reported that Indivara HCM supported the design and execution of talent management strategy from mapping through development and retention, and that easier administration allowed the Human Capital department to focus on longer term value adding initiatives while reinforcing FIFGROUPs position as a benchmark in Indonesian people management.
