In 2015, Figo Pet Insurance implemented Insuresoft Diamond Suite as a greenfield core platform across the United States. The rollout was led with SI VoxveyTel and delivered end-to-end policy administration, agent and broker portals, billing, and claims capabilities in a 50-state production deployment completed in under nine months. The program targeted national voluntary benefits and commercial pet insurance distribution channels.
The implementation configured Insuresoft Diamond Suite to operate across Insurance Claims Management,Insurance Policy Administration,Insurance Billing Administration, aligning modules for policy lifecycle management, billing schedules and automated claims workflows. Agent and broker portal functionality was provisioned to support quote to bind workflows and commission handling, while the Pet Cloud mobile and web self-service layer provided online enrollment, policy access and claims intake. Configuration-driven rule sets and standardized data models were applied to accelerate product launches and high-volume enrollments.
Integrations included a Salesforce CRM integration that synchronized sales records, applications and customer data with Insuresoft Diamond Suite, and a mobile and web integration with Pet Cloud for digital enrollments and claims submissions. Operational coverage extended across underwriting, policy administration, billing operations, claims processing, sales and customer service teams throughout Figo’s U.S. footprint. API-enabled interfaces and portal authentication were implemented to support real-time case creation and status updates between systems.
Governance established centralized configuration control and staged rollout governance to manage rapid product introductions while preserving consistent underwriting and claims workflows. VoxveyTel provided implementation services and cutover orchestration during the compressed delivery timeline. The deployment enabled rapid growth and supported mass enrollments for voluntary benefits clients as reported by the implementation source.
