Configuration planning emphasized merchandise hierarchy, item attributes, and workflow orchestration between purchasing and allocation processes.
Governance was organized with merchandising and IT sponsorship, SME-driven requirements sign off, and staged capability-based rollout planning. Technical architecture considerations were addressed during requirements, and operational scope focused on merchandising and inventory related business functions. The engagement concluded the requirements phase and positioned Finish Line to proceed into subsequent configuration and testing phases of Oracle Retail Merchandising System.
