The deployment supported a 150 employee professional services firm in the Philippines and centralized time and attendance, leave administration, employee biodata, onboarding registration, and compliance reporting for HR, payroll, management, and audit teams. PeopleCORE HCM was configured to provide core functional modules including time and attendance tracking, leave management, employee master data, and regulatory reporting. The HRIS was actively used to monitor employee attendance and to generate reports requested by employees, management, payroll, and auditors. Operational processes documented include yearly updates to employees leave summaries and automated reporting of employees with excessive tardiness to inform disciplinary workflows. The implementation included an operational integration point with the organization biometric system through new hire registrations, and reporting outputs that feed payroll and audit workflows. Governance tasks captured in system use cases include renewal or termination of regulatory reports such as FIMS, CSR, and CIS License and updating CB Biodata records for employees, functions performed by HR operations. Day to day ownership is illustrated by an HCM Associate role that monitored attendance through PeopleCORE HCM, produced stakeholder reports, registered new hires to the biometric system, and maintained compliance filings.
