Testing and integrations were explicit components of the rollout, with participation in user acceptance testing and integration testing, and daily testing of version updates received from client vendors. The program produced compiled reports, statements, and summaries for internal customers and included analysis and implementation of new requirements across the sites to maintain operational alignment. Governance and operational support included providing design and configuration assistance, assisting payroll staff to identify potential cost saving opportunities via Kronos configuration options and best practices, and managing the project timeline and budget. The deployment retained UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper as the central Time and Attendance system, with ongoing configuration and process governance handled through the Kronos 6.x administrative tools.
