In 2009, FNB South Africa deployed UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) as its Time and Attendance solution within a Kronos 6.x environment. The implementation focused on enterprise timekeeping and workforce time management across multiple sites, aligning the UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper application with payroll and operational schedules.
Configuration work centered on core modules including Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities, with Process Designer and Record Manager used to automate standard workflows. The team configured pay rules, attendance rules, automated alerts, and customer reporting to reflect changing business requirements, and configured new functionality within Kronos to support evolving pay and attendance scenarios.
Testing and integrations were explicit components of the rollout, with participation in user acceptance testing and integration testing, and daily testing of version updates received from client vendors. The program produced compiled reports, statements, and summaries for internal customers and included analysis and implementation of new requirements across the sites to maintain operational alignment.
Governance and operational support included providing design and configuration assistance, assisting payroll staff to identify potential cost saving opportunities via Kronos configuration options and best practices, and managing the project timeline and budget. The deployment retained UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper as the central Time and Attendance system, with ongoing configuration and process governance handled through the Kronos 6.x administrative tools.

In 2018, First National Bank of Oneida implemented Jack Henry Banno Digital Banking. The bank deployed Jack Henry Banno Digital Banking as its customer-facing Digital Banking channel on the institution website, provisioning web and mobile responsive access for retail and small business customers.
The implementation configured standard Digital Banking functional areas including the customer launchpad and online account dashboard, balance and transaction views, internal funds transfers, bill payment workflows, and secure messaging capabilities.
