The ADP PayForce environment integrated with Kronos Workforce Ready for HR master data and Kronos Workforce Central for time and attendance, and exchanged payroll data with Preceda and Payglobal for downstream processing and reporting reconciliation. Operational governance and process controls were established across payroll and HR teams, with a dedicated Payroll Coordinator managing day to day processing during Jan 2018 through Jan 2019, and controls implemented for data validation, pay run approvals and compliance workflows.
