Integrations were established with the companys contract and productivity tooling to preserve end-to-end context, including Ironclad, DocuSign, LinkSquares, Salesforce, and Height. These integrations linked contract lifecycle artifacts, signature status, contract analytics, CRM deal and customer context, and project tracking to the Onit SimpleLegal instance, creating a connected Legal Practice Management surface for operational reporting and ad hoc queries.
Governance and process work accompanied the technical deployment, with responsibilities for documentation, metadata hygiene, scrubbing stale workflows, and coordinating outside counsel onboarding assigned to the Legal Operations team. The implementation supported standardized reporting and ad hoc report requests, and positioned Onit SimpleLegal as the operational backbone for legal finance coordination and contract-related triage at Fivetran.
