In 2018, Flaconi engaged Ehrhardt + Partner to deploy EPG ONE Workforce Management (WFM) alongside EPG's LFS warehouse management system and International Shipping System at its Berlin fulfilment centre. The implementation reached go-live on 31 August 2018, timed to stabilise the Christmas 2018 peak in warehouse operations. The deployment combined EPG ONE Workforce Management (WFM) with the LFS WMS and shipping layer to align staffing to parcel flows, reflecting a Workforce Management use case focused on demand oriented scheduling. The WFM module usage is inferred as part of the EPG ONE suite to support demand oriented workforce scheduling, reduce training time and improve labour utilisation. Operationally the project covered Flaconi's Berlin fulfilment centre and broader German warehouse operations, with the LFS WMS and International Shipping System integrated to enable coordinated throughput and transport handoffs. The published case documents WMS and transport improvements and reports the environment handling up to 4,000 parcels per hour after the change, indicating the combined WMS, shipping and Workforce Management configuration supported high peak volume operations.

In 2019 Flaconi implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its Collaboration platform to standardize email, calendar, and document collaboration across its Germany-based organization. The deployment targeted corporate productivity and team communication for the retailer, aligning a 700-employee footprint around a single Collaboration vendor stack.
The implementation leveraged Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) components commonly associated with the category, including enterprise Gmail, Calendar, Drive for file storage, Docs and Sheets for collaborative authoring, and Meet for video conferencing. Administrative configuration included centralized domain and account management via the Google Admin console, standardized shared drive structures for cross-functional teams, and device and access controls consistent with Collaboration governance patterns.
Operational coverage emphasized IT-managed provisioning and user lifecycle workflows for corporate functions that rely on continuous collaboration, including merchandising, customer service, marketing, and corporate operations. Public-facing evidence of the Google Workspace deployment appears on the company website, indicating alignment between internal collaboration infrastructure and external email and authentication touchpoints. Governance centered on centralized admin controls and policy enforcement rather than decentralized toolsets, supporting consistent collaboration practices across the organization.
